Initial Consultation
Jane will visit you at home to look at your garden and hear about your ideas for the garden. We can walk around the garden and discuss the changes you’d like to make. We will look at the current planting and test the soil. At this stage it is useful to talk about budget

Site
Survey
Depending on the scale of the project, we will need to make a site survey, employing the services of a surveyor if the site is very large. If planning permission is required for any elements of the proposed design, we will introduce you to our experts

Presentation of Concepts
Based on the survey, we will present mood boards, rough plans, an outline cost estimate and a timetable

Scale Drawings
After the concept has been approved, we work on scale presentation plans, construction drawings and planting plans. Specifications for contractors are also agreed, after which we can oversee the tendering process. 3D Vectorworks drawings and scale models can be created if required

Construction and Landscaping
Construction work and landscaping is overseen by Jane, to ensure everything is built according to the drawings

Planting
We order trees and plants from our trusted specialist nurseries, personally selecting the plants for each project. We arrange delivery of stock and are always delighted to plant up our client’s gardens

After Care
A Care Plan is created at the end of each project, which is a month-by-month guide to looking after your new plants.

We can also arrange gardeners and contractors to look after your garden once construction & planting has been completed.
